Amazing

I’m just amazed with this app. My inner organiser makes me spend a lot of time building my shelf. Now it’s perfect!

AMAZING

This was awesome they took my suggestion and created a way for everyone to add their Kindle books. They actually listen to their users I. Everything about this app is amazing and I definitely blows the others out of the water.

Not Free

The premise of this got me super interested, but I’m super disappointed that I just tried to use the app and it locks the whole thing down unless I agree to a 3 day trial or an annual subscription. Definitely not going to do that when I barely even know what the app can do.

Zero Stars

I should’ve read the reviews as well. The trial period for this app functions differently than other apps, if you don’t pay close attention to wording, canceling on the third day of the 3 day trial somehow still gets you charged. Either way, neither Shelfy or Apple were willing to help, despite trying to clear up the matter immediately. I was charged for a full year with no assistance despite escalating the dispute.

Subscription Required 🚫👎🏻

Like the title states. Paywall immediately upon setting up the app. Immediate uninstall for me. Bummer, looks like a great app.

Not enough import options, cost restrictive

I would love to use the app, but have been using BookBuddy and have no way of importing all of my books. I have too many to import manually so it’s a no go for me and I cancelled the trial. It is also really expensive. Makes it a no go for me, although I would love to use it.

It’s great!

Love the app so far! Can definitely tell it’s still in progress but it’s adorable! Would love to see some more items for the shelves that are antiquey or even more plants! Or a shelf pet even! But over all I love the app

It’s making me owe money for an app I deleted already

I use the free trial right and I don’t have money on my card right now and it gave me the actual yearly trial and now I owe them $40 even though I didn’t actually buy it because apparently it gave it to me even though I’m not on the subscription anymore, I canceled it.

Nope

Sorry, I can’t stand apps that don’t even give me a chance to look at the app before they are throwing the subscribe button out. I don’t need a reading plan, I want a place o can put my books. Deleted.

It’s not Free

I was so excited to try this app, unfortunately it’s not free.

Go for it

I went

NO FREE OPTION

This app requires an expensive paid subscription. There is no using this app without paying. You can’t even get to the shelf at all, it just won’t allow you past the subscription page.

Paid to Access

I can’t even bypass the paid pop up. I can’t delete my account or see what I signing up for. Forced onboarding

Good game but…

I like this! It’s cute and really fun to mess around on. The only downside is you have to pay to play. If they were able to get to a point where you can get the basics without having to pay that would be cool!

Not what you think

The app is missing a ton of books I counted around 200 books I scanned and they didn’t come up, they also force a subscription just like every other app. If I want to give you money I’ll donate, I’m not going to give you money monthly. Go use Goodreads or something until the devs decide to actually have books you can scan or add yourself and don’t use a subscription model.

Great App

The developer is very responsive to feature requests. Loving the app.

What a scam

Making me sign up for a paid account even with a free trial is such a scam. I refused to go any further in the app because I honestly do not care to be forced into this free trial. I truly wish I could give this a zero star rating.

App Issues 6 Months Before Subscription Ends

1 Star because I’m unable to access my app at all. My subscription ends in February 2027…that’s 6 months away, but because I cancelled my subscription, now I can’t access the app even though I’ve already paid for the FULL YEAR?!?! Absolutely ridiculous!
Will update, IF this gets fixed in a timely manner as of now it’s a theft of what I paid for.

Not Free

Why would I pay for an app to track my books when Goodreads is free??? Pointless. I’m not paying for something that I can do for free. Could have been a fun useful app but not for money.

Promising but lacking

Cancelling my subscription before the trial ends. The app itself is well throughout and has a lot of potential but there is one glaring issue; book selection. Three of the first five books I tried to enter were not found. I really don’t mind the pricing model like some other reviewers but having to manually add so many books is a deal breaker for me.
