Absolutely useless! I wish I hadn’t got rid of my First Utility app now as I can’t reinstate anymore since Shell took over. Very poor customer service, they need to address this issue pronto.

This app is totally rubbish can’t log in to my account even with the right user name and password I have to log Ito my account from my emails you can log into your account from there I also tested the app and tapped forget my password and put on my details my name and email for them to send a link to reset and I don’t receive any from that so completely useless

Thought it was just me that was having log in issues until I read the other reviews. Can log in on website but not on App. Useless!

The app simply does NOT work. This is so annoying. Everyone is complaining about the same issue and still nothing has been resolved from Shell Energy’s side.
Garbage can’t login
I recently moved to shell energy do as a new customer this should work but I can’t log in, others have had the same problem but the developer aka shell energy has done nothing to fix the issue, this doesn’t show a great desire to please customers, you have been warned !

Worst app to access account. Never lets you log in, customer service don’t help either and only seem to know how to send you password reset! Not at all helpful!!

The app assumes that you already have a username and password and therefore makes it impossible to login if you do not. Ironically, this has been a waste of my energy.

I’ve just joined Shell Energy so downloaded the app. It won’t allow me to log in. What’s the point of producing an app that doesn’t work?

Can’t log in and no information on how to. Was a very happy First utility customer (whose app is great). Why not put your name on top of their app Shell????
