Login doesn’t worked
Not sure what’s changed recently but login doesnt work (Apple ID login) and therefore the app is useless right now! Tested with 3 different household members with different logins - all failed! Hope you can resolve quickly. Cheers
Can’t sign up
Tried to sign up but the login screen keeps appearing without progressing. Shell - before paying for advertising for your app, how about testing it first to make sure it works.
Still an ongoing issue with logging in
Can’t log in - password reset doesn't work - have tried about 15 times. Doesn't help that you need a password thats more secure than any social media platform or big tech company. Can see people complaining about this log in issue a year ago and clearly still no fix - bad look for Shell V Racing team.

I just get a black screen
Hopeless login
Filled out all the section, was accepted but when I went into Continue it didn’t find my login. I tried 3 times and got the same problem.
Terribly designed authentication interface
Your software developers need to fix the login issue on the app. It’s impossible for me to login at all despite changing passwords, reset, trying to login through other modes. It’s a very bad experience and a waste of time for consumers.
Amazing but a few things
Good to see that you guys have an app that we can use. It’s really great, the articles are really good, and they also have videos about Fabs and Scotty.
It is definitely not as updated as the supercars.com website but it is really good. I do recommend this app to anyone reading this.

Stop notifications once I’ve used discount
I used the ¢pl discount ages ago but get nagged every day nearly, not to forget to use it.
Nice idea. Barcode couldn’t be read
Went to use the voucher for first time and it was flickering and strobing on my screen. Put it under scanner it didn’t scan. Lady behind the counter told me to restart. Did so and low and behold voucher was burned. Read below and dev says this is normal. Well how about fix it so it doesn’t strobe 🤔

Can’t log in
I had registered on site and used 8 cents fuel voucher. Now I can’t open the app I’ve deleted and reloaded, but still can’t log in. Initially I was getting warning that my 7 days trial had finished and to rejoin. Every time I try to join or log on it won’t accept my password. I’ve tried heaps of times to reset the password but the link to reset won’t open.

Fuel voucher does not scan
For the third time, I have tried to scan the barcode at the service station and it could not read. The attendants have all said that they cannot manually enter the discount.

Fuel discount will be running again next week thanks to a win by Shell V-Power Racing Team. The barcode flickering is normal and will be read by Shell Coles Express scanners. We have increased the barcode size to help but please adjust the brightness of your screen to maximum and you shouldn't have any problems. If you do, drop us a line at motorsport@vivaenergy.com.au
App now works 100%
Great app now, works a treat and allows me to engage with the Shell Mustang team. The fuel discounts are also great incentive to refill at shell.

I got all excited to use the fuel discount for the barcode to not scan due to flickering cashier said everyone has had the same problem. Not happy
