Not so great
This app is out of date! Why does the navy not put the time in to the products to ensure members have the most recent instructions? Also, why not add more things to this app?
Poor maintenance of instructions and references
Updates to the references and instructions are not the latest. Do better.
Not useful for ROR practice
The ROR practice quiz should be a great feature. However, if you get a question wrong there is zero explanation/indication of what the correct answer is…and therefore zero opportunity to learn. Disappointingly limited.

I love this app I just wish you could be told what the correct answer is on the ROR quiz after you answer the wrong one.
Rules of the Road and Feedback need improvement
The Rules of the Road quiz portion is a valuable tool to work on skills, but should be updated to show what the correct answer should have been when you get one wrong. On the iPhone 13pro, the app crashes when I try to put my name in the feedback bar, preventing me from actually giving this feedback as actual feedback.

The RoR feature is a good way to practice, however I wished it would provide feedback with the right answer and maybe even show the rule related to the question from the COLREGs

The Rules of the Road quiz needs to provide correct answers to be effective. Highly disappointing this feature no longer exists.
Do not use for Rules of the Road
This last update stopped showing you the correct answer on Rules of the Road quizzes. It just turns red and does nothing else. You can now go F yourself is the business model the developers switched over to. This used to be, hands down, the best app to take quizzes on because it showed you immediately the correct answer if you got it wrong. F** it. Let ships collide.

Please display the correct answer on the ROR quiz
The ROR quiz no longer displaces the correct answer on the question if you get it wrong and that’s a bit frustrating.

Adding more check list instructions is helpful, but removing all RATING MANUALS, and Bridge watch team training tools is not helpful.

Some instructions are not the most current version.

Good resource, but needs work
Recommend improving the consolidated rules of the road placard. There are better resources out there that are just as concise. Additionally, the uniform regulations documents do not load and should be corrected.

Had potential
This app at its inception had great potential. At this current moment it still has just potential to be a great tool utilized by naval personnel but the failure of the development team to continue updating this app has likely led many Sailors astray. Major updates to policy and instructions have occurred and this team which I presume is paid well with a nice contract or the contract is over has failed to update it. In conclusion if you need any references just use the NPC website.

A fantastic all-in-one app for any leader in the U.S. Navy. Whether a Divo, Chief, LPO, WCS, or even the fresh-out-of-bootcamp sailor, this app contains references and instructions that are essential for all. If you hate looking up naval instructions on policy, this is the app for you! When new instructions come out, this app updates and you have it available to you. As a Chief, this app has been a great reference tool when questions arise in my divisions.

Good idea
Recommend adding an underway mode. Click a button and it downloads all the refs.
Errors
The one thing I need to look at under uniforms is the the female regulations and it doesn't open. Gives an error.
