Good
The app works well, the only problem I encountered was not being able to split a couple of rooms. Overall it’s easy to use.
Frustrating
I purposely bought this due to the mapping ability so it could go to the area I need it to hit at the press of a button. It worked for the first month then stopped. I’ve tried to reconnect so many times I’ll most likely get a new robot. Don’t purchase this.
Robot great / App is terrible
First of all the robot is superb, although it does get clogged very easily. However, the app has so many bugs it’s almost impossible to list them all.
It can be small things such as you can’t select rooms cannot to clean, when there’s a button to do so.
You cannot select speed of fan for each room despite it being an option.
On zone cleaning it comes out, spins around and then returns to charge.
When the mop feature is on, it tried to go on carpet cleaning. No feature to avoid this happening which is a basic feature on other brands
it’s just so many little features that do not work in this app that I have not been addressed, which is a such a shame because it would be such a great package.
4 stars for the robot itself though, dropping 1 star as battery life is starting to diminish and was no where near the claimed amount.

Needs an update
The robot hoover is great, works it’s way around the house with ease and has no problem getting back to its charging dock. The hoover however is let down by this app, it rarely works!
I’m going to have to go by memory on this as it’s not connected for a few days, tried deleting the app and installing it, most likely going to have to do a factory reset but not sure how as I can’t connect to the hoover?
The idea of the app is good, you can see the hoover going around the house, make virtual walls and make rooms so you can clean different parts of the house at different times. Anyways sort the app and it’ll be an amazing piece of kit for any home

Room splitting doesn’t work
Many errors but worst is you can horizontally split a room even vertically it rarely works. Needs some serious updating and bug fixing. The robot vac is very very good. Shame about the support and no Alexa support in uk
