Just lost a notebook full of commands after trying to rename it... and the rename didn't even stick! Can't copy multiple commands at once or addto anotebook.

I use the command line a lot.
Sometimes I need to repeat a command from a while ago, or from a different shell instance. Both of these use cases are made substantially easier using ShellHistory. As useful as built-in shell history is, sometimes it fails me, and ShellHistory is there to help me.
