It does not work

The app worked great for like a day, now every time I try to login it says network error, it does not allow me to change my password, I deleted and installed it again, created a new user but nothing

Firmware update fails but now it’s ok

•I contacted Shelly to resolve the update issue, but it still not working with one iPad (ios10) and two iPhone (ios14) and despite restarting my router and resetting the camera.
The camera bracket is also missing.
I'm disappointed with Shelly...

•Updating the app fixed the problem with updating the camera as well the problem with receiving notifications.
