Who receives the package confirms the delivery and leaves a review based on three (3) aspects: punctuality, reliability and communication. You must have set your usual routes and schedules because the idea is that you can monetize according to your habits. Payments: With Shelp you don't need to pay any subscription, you pay a fair price and the Shelpers are available 24/7. In Shelp, payments are made only through the Stripe platform. Shelp users agree to provide their credit/debit card or bank account details to the payment processing system used by Shelp (Stripe). Some users may be enrolled in the payment service with conditions that allow billing. Shelp has control over payments between users and the release of funds. Once the receiver confirms the delivery, you can accumulate money in your Stripe account. If Shelp doesn't have confirmation in the next 24 hours, the payment will be sent to the Shelper. The payment will be released only when the package is confirmed to have reached its destination. Note: continued use of GPS running in the background can decrease battery life.
