This app would make my life so much easier if it worked like the desktop version. Lots of glitches: if I try to add a pic of the dog app automatically closes. Unable to update the files, you can only view. Adding new dogs also doesn’t give u the same info options as the desktop version.
Photo uploader issues
Please fix the animal photo uploader. It has been having issues the last 2 weeks or so. It only lets you upload 2 photos and then it won’t let you after that.
App makers aren't using this app!
This app is great if you want to view currently housed animals at your facility. But adding/changing information? Not happening! Evidently the persons responsible for for making this app doesn't actually use it! This app doesn't even come close to the URL/PC version.
Ok, but not much use when 'in the field'
The smartphone interface is good for getting info on animals but is rather useless for updating info. For e.g., it doesn't let you add new foster movements, adoption movements, add new people, or add vaccinations to animals that have been in the system for awhile. The 'Add Log to Animal' feature is about the only thing that works as I would expect. I'm in the field a lot and it would be great if I could use the smartphone interface but it just doesn't have the features I need so I have to use the desktop/tablet version (which is hard to use on a small screen)
