Great 1st time use but cant restore or re-purchase for my 2nd child

There does not seem to be any tech support to help me log back in and access account/start anew, such a shame as its an excellent app

It WAS great.

I loved this app. It really helped with keeping track of my baby’s sleep and being able to talk to a sleep consultant was amazing. It was an additional support that was definitely needed during that dreaded four month regression.
However, things changed all of a sudden. I was no longer receiving articles and the consultant disappeared. When I asked about this, they just said it was currently unavailable. No update when it would return. This was disappointing as I was paying for a service I wasn’t getting. I’m sure other customers have had the same issue. Regrettably, I ended up cancelling my subscription. Such a shame.

The app crashes

The app crashes and will log me out. You cannot easily log back in. I have to delete it and redownload it to restore my Apple ID with it. Now it won’t log in at all although I have a monthly subscription. I rely on this app very often.

App doesn’t work

Hello, were using paid version for months and suddenly it stopped working. No customer service email, who do I contact?

Disappointing

I paid for this subscription as it promises support and advice from sleep consultants. This function was removed without warning, and all previous advice received from consultants was deleted as part of the last app update. I have tried to get in contact via Instagram (DM and comments) since I can no longer contact anyone via the app, and it’s been a week with no reply. Now the app is just a glorified timer to log your baby’s sleep, and the suggested wake windows have never been accurate. A pen and paper would do the same job. Don’t waste your money.

Disappointing. No support.

As soon as I subscribed and paid, the ability to talk to sleep experts was removed.
I have sent multiple emails and still haven’t received a reply. My subscription even says ‘chat to an expert’. Please fix this issue ASAP. I love this app and would love to fix the review and change it to 5 stars but at the moment I feel as though I have been scammed.
The app is also incorrect when it shows sleep schedule as it breaks a sleeping block if it goes across midnight (e.g says my daughter slept 3 hours then 4 hours when in fact she slept 7 hours straight). It also keeps putting the whole daily amount of sleep as night sleep.
I have deleted and reinstalled the app reinstalled to see if this would fix it but it hasn’t.
Please respond to my email or even here and then I will give a better review.

Have to pay now?

I liked this app but now can’t even use the library you have to pay to use the app. Definitely disappointing now have to find another app to use.

Love it

I have been using this app for a few months now and I find it super helpful to understand baby’s wake windows and make sure they are getting to nap at the appropriate times so they don’t become overtired. I also find the weekly graph setting really good to identify if any patterns are starting to emerge. The notes section is also great to communicate anything you need to when your sleep log goes to review by the experts who take these into consideration when providing feedback

Good app

I like the interface and it’s super easy to use. I do have a minor suggestions for the developers of the app. Currently, a sleep is categorized as a day nap or night sleep based on when it started. I think it would be better to categorize it by when most of it happened (is it most of it before or after nighttime sleep cutoff). Another, maybe bug, is that when I click on stories, it sometimes opens a different one than what I actually clicked on. The third thing is when a sleep expert sends you message, name on the header and the actual name of the person writing is different. I think everywhere in the app the images of people are stock images. And last, there might be an issue with changing the avatar photo. I wasn’t successful. I still liked the app, though I think some improvement could be done.

Disappointed

I paid for an app that essentially has several bugs and fixes that loses your data often. Recently I logged into my app to find all the information I logged religiously has been lost and it has restarted.

Russian app

Sleeping consultants are mostly Russians, that bothered me the most.
I liked the library of lullabies, but suddenly the sound stoped working. There is a festering to choose man/woman voice that is not working.
Articles in style of Insta stories are meaningful.
Sleeping consultants are only answering your questions, no proactive suggestions based on the date you enter.
Formula for best sleeping windows work weird, as it suggests my 2 month old baby in the day sleep again 30 min, in the night in 1,5 hr.
This app has plenty of bugs, and users are considered as testers. Consultants are not even hiding it. You enter your data, based on which they improve (I guess just train the app) algorithm.
So paying for being a tester, I found just a robbery

Disappointed

On the first day of using this app I was amazed, it told me when to try and put my baby down for a nap and when I did he fell asleep! (If I didn’t use the app I would of kept him awake because he didn’t seem tired) I was so impressed and was willing to pay the pricy subscription charge
HOWEVER that evening and following day, it continuously wasn’t allowing me to input the times of naps in and telling me I was overlapping a time when I wasn’t. So disappointed and there was no customer service option to resolve this issue.

It’s ok

The app is okay but it seems to keep getting the times wrong then when I tried to change the times from a.m. to p.m. It switch’s them back straight away. Seems a bit glitchy

Poor app great idea

Well I didn’t even get to try that actual app out as it wouldn’t even let me go beyond the subscription page when setting up. Really disappointing

Not worth the money

There are plenty of free baby sleep trackers. The reason I paid for this one was because I was excited to get recommendations and tips from sleep coaches. However, that never actually happens. I was messaged through the app after downloading it and was told they just needed a few more days of me tracking and then they would have better recommendations for my baby. I continued to track every detail, desperately awaiting any advice or tips to help my 9 month old sleep longer than 3 hours. But after 3 weeks diligently tracking and no one getting back to me, I canceled my subscription.

Was hoping for some personalized sleep advice. The only tips you get are in the library section of the app that are just generalized baby tips. Most of which isn’t about sleep at all, just general health and development. I am so disappointed.

Glitchy & Incorrect Information on Sleep Needs

I downloaded and paid for the yearly subscription hoping to get clarity on my infants (3 months) sleep needs given ongoing early morning and middle of the night wakes.

Unfortunately I’ve had issues with this app from the start. First off - the app itself is very glitchy. I often have to shut it down and re-open it to get it to load the data correctly. It also continued to show me an outdated message from one of the sleep consultants for over a week. This was supposed to be fixed per the developers. When it was eventually fixed (more than a week later), if deleted all the entries I put in originally. The developers noted fixing issues like this but they persisted.

More importantly, the wake windows given for my child were based on standard/averages and never seemed to adjust despite my continued input of data which was very detailed and specific. This was really unfortunate as I began to see that her wake windows needed to be stretched for myself. While following the suggested nap times - my baby ended up with too much sleep during the day. When I reached out and was advised directly to add one more nap - by baby fell into an overtired cycle given the extra wake window. Again when noting my concerns I was told that because of her age we needed to just “watch those windows closely for now.”

In the end - I was able to figure out that removing the fifth nap and slowly extending the first wake window and last one was key to having her nap/sleep through the night.

In all - I found this app did a terrible job of personalizing data to meet the needs of your baby. The subscription is not cheap for an app and I certainly not recommend strongly against it. Maybe the free version for simple tracking purposes. But do not waste your money if your hoping to acutely understand your baby’s sleep needs.

Don’t do

I was using this app and following everything to a T. It stuffed up night time sleeping even more then ever, my bubs would only wake once through the night and then using this app she then woke up 5 times a night… it was dreadful. I stopped getting help I was after, the first few days they were there to help but then soon banished when I had an important message. I then stopped and was also able to un swaddle her all by myself without their help and get her to sleep a full night by myself. I’m proud of what I’ve done thank god! But thanks for the help to begin with but definitely stressful going backwards.
