Blank speech bubbles on case 1

The game has been great so far! But as I clicked on case 1 “analyze security camera” The detective started speaking in blank dialogue bubbles! I am completely lost without knowing what to do!

This is a really great mystery game. It took me a while to solve a mini puzzle but managed to get it working.
This is a game I would want to recommend to those who like mysteries.
