Always problems with app. I type in one time, it gets switched to another and they keep my money.
Once driver could not leave the parcel in the mailroom ( university) and they charged me anyway ( incompetent).

Delivery contractors are treated unfairly
For over two years, I served as a delivery contractor for Sherpa delivery app. Unfortunately, I was treated unfairly by Sherpa's staff, who regarded us delivery contractors as slaves. In times of emergency, when I called for assistance, they issued false warnings. Despite receiving over three warnings, they still allowed me to work during the COVID-19 pandemic due to a shortage of drivers. However, once they obtained an adequate number of drivers, they revoked my app access, demonstrating their selfishness. Additionally, when I submitted my new car insurance, they unjustly blocked me, citing multiple warnings. Sherpa frequently makes one-sided decisions that work against me. My account number is 86081.

No drivers
Dan Murphy use these guys for 2hr delivery but orders are just repeatedly cancelled as there are never any drivers.

Terrible app, lagging, slow, pictures etc. company can’t even get basic spelling correct in all of their emails to you. Text from ransoms about jobs. Jest terrible really. Find something else.
Package arrived but app needs improvement
My first experience was business 2 business delivery. The driver was changed but I was not notified. Called originally assigned driver they answered like they didn’t know. An hour later the job was fixed.

I am using this aap from last year. It is one of the best aap i have ever use. Because its easy to use and quick and efficient.
Poor app
The app is bad in that the fields you need to access to book a service don’t function. I’ve deleted and reinstalled the app 4 times today and every time its a different field that doesn’t work. Frustrating. Because online, it’s a great service.

Don’t bother with this app customer service is nonexistent the drivers are a law to themselves almost always late then sherpa make up terms and conditions against their guarantee policies. Live tracking doesn’t work either. I’ve also heard from the good drivers they’re not paying them. Avoid avoid avoid.

Hi friends and sir, i have done 245+ deliveries for sherpa they are frauds and rude , I have done many deliveries most of the time they answers rudely, recently I have done one run for them I was waiting for 2 hours because the deliveries are not ready and after that when I got they said there is some different issues and they did pay the waiting fees faulty they added the waiting fees when I completed the deliveries they removed the waiting fees in my account

Prompt, efficient & great service!
I have been using Sherpa.net.au for about 12 months now. The app does exactly what you would expect and the online interface is also feature rich. Highly recommend.
Can’t login with existing details
Downloaded the app having already created an account on my laptop. When I press ‘sign in’ the page goes blank.
Fantastic service
I use these guys for anything personal errands I want doing and they’ve been brilliant every time. They’re so cheap I actually feel guilty. Sherpa, if you’re listening. Put in a tip option as I often feel like giving one, especially when they smash the 2hr time limit with 90mins to spare. Gives incentive for the riders too.

Hope the service is better than the app
App constantly crashes. Crashes on attempts to register so I had to do it online via my iPad. If I try open settings the app crashes every time too. General app quality pretty poor. All I care about right now though is whether someone accepts my delivery.
A great help
Just used Sherpa when struggling to fit a baby’s cot in my car. Found the app and within 5 mins had signed up and organised for someone to help me get the cot home.
Reliable service and great value
I’ve used the service twice now in Sydney and both times I’ve been impressed with the reliable service and great value. Really happy with the app and the feedback it gives.
good for small hopeless for medium to large
I use Sherpa for everyday business and so far is my finding:
- good for small items.
- anything medium to large it's hopeless because the drivers will not take the jobs and you only get a phone call from Sherpa saying they cannot complete the job when the delivery deadline expires and you're stuck with clients who needs delivery.
Overall, it's realky good for small casual deliveries and not for businesses because it cannot be trusted for medium to large deliveries that requires deadlines to be met.
