App or Service Doesn’t seem to work or exist
If there was option for ‘zero’ stars I would rate that. Ever since downloading the app a month ago(I’ve even added money to the wallet), I’ve never even had a SINGLE successful request. All my requests time out as if it’s some ‘ghost’ account. And when I request refund because I wanna use the money to request from other services such as Bolt (which always confirm my ride requests) - there’s no option to retrieve your money back from the ‘wallet’. And the ‘Help’ center is just useless. You will submit 1000s of messages requesting help and get no response at all. It’s like the app is just some ‘ghost’ app. Doesn’t work. Doesn’t help at all! I wonder if they even have drivers to respond to requests in the first place or it’s just a whole scam app to get people to load money to the wallet and then run off with your money. App just doesn’t work. It’s scam to get you to load money to the ‘wallet’ then each time you request a ride somehow the request just always ‘times out’. And you can’t even recover your money back from the wallet. Be Careful, people! Don’t load any money on the app until you have actually received at least ONE ride request confirmation! The requests always ‘time out’!
