Great app with real impact

This app was referred to me by a friend, I never have heard of it before but I was so surprised by how good and professional their service is. I just had my first session and I’m willing to continue.

Horrible service don’t trust them

They assume they offer online quick sessions but this is not true at all. I wasted whole hour with them while they are trying to manage to reach to the therapist & to send me the link & when they successfully failed they refused to return my money & they consist that i have to use it for another session with them although I mentioned I don’t want anymore as i won’t trust them again but they still didn’t send me back my money

Unethical, unprofessional, dishonest

If you book from a particular country you’re charged a certain amount. And if you book from another country you’re charged a whole different amount in a different currency. And if you book from a country and have to travel before the session is due; you have to pay the difference…. In a foreign currency.
Not the equivalent but transacted. No ,
And when you ask the answer is that’s the policy and you agreed to it when you signed up…..
Total nonsense.
This unethical behavior is bad business all over; but for the medical profession it’s shameful, and dishonest.

Zero Privacy

I started my session today to be surprised with a privacy breach having someone else in the meeting with us, after speaking to the useless support, she confirmed that “no worries it’s out TL”
They had their TL with us in the session without any prior approvals or consent then the TL spoke to me changing the words to confirm that it is an AI chat bot taking notes from the chat! Who authorized spy on my session?! The user was under the name of the TL! .. no consent for changes or updates! If I did not noticed a third person they would have attended the full session with us! That’s a Clear privacy breach!!!!!

The worst app ever

I was very busy and had lots to do, so I accidentally forgot that I had a session. They took the money of the session that I did not even attend. And didn’t return the money they gave me a link for there stupid policy, I will never take sessions with the again.

Nice UX. Appreciate the efforts. Suggestions: provide a feature to add the session to calendar so that I can have a reminder from my phone before the session

Horrible customer service and unsafe payment process

I just paid for a session (that I will likely cancel), and I selected to (not save) my card details.. suddenly I received a message from my bank that my card is saved to my wallet !! the message was not mentioning which wallet, but I have no other wallets but schezlong.. especially the message was received immediately after schezlong booking. Once I contacted the customer service.. they keep telling me the same, it’s not our wallet and check your bank ! I requested filing a complaint, they told me, will check with concerned team and get back to you.. so now I have to keep wondering ! about this un-explained process, that suddenly happened ! and do a lot of effort to understand what is happening ! And to make sure my card is safe !! With just one monotonous answer from Schezlong customer service !! (It’s not us, check with your bank).. Please be careful..

خدمة جيدة

اسعار جيدة و يوجد بعض المعالجين الممتازين لكن لدي تجربه سيئة. تم حجز موعد مع دكتور ولم تتاح لي الفرصه لمقابلته لوجود عاصفه في نفس موعد الجلسة اثرت على الانترنت في المدينه التي اسكن فيها. و تم التوضيح لفريق الدعم واخبروني انها ليست مشكلتهم .بعد المطالبات والمتابعه اعطوني كود خصم ٢٠٪؜ للجلسه القادمة.

They take money they haven’t earned

I was terribly sick and got no follow up I only ended up paying for a session that never offered me any solution to make up how could they see it normal to take clients money without really making sure patients benefited from their services
This is nth but stealing ppl. I never recommend a place that only care about collecting money

Different pricing same doctor

Take care. If you book in Egypt with certain doctor it will be 1500 EGP (30$) per session. If you book while in Dubai with the same doctor, it will be 100$. Unjustified pricing nearly theft.

Never deal with company

they give misleading information , never provide policy info in advance then they start to charge you extra and cancel your sessions…their customer service is the worse part you can only reach out to them through online chat and they never solve anything and everytime you go back for follow up you speak someone new and have to explain form scratch again and that doesn’t change anything anyway

An easy way to try out new therapists for every need, you can take your session anywhere without having to wait in a clinic for your turn and the doctors are very punctual.
