I called the suicide hotline yesterday, got disconnected 3times with hold times. I was ready to be the next most beautiful suicide. I know I have things to offer. However, I didn’t have a clue where to start. This amazing woman speaking about grief changed me. I have always been big on getting to the root of the problem I just needed direction. Thank you for not just showing me the cake, eating it in front of me, talking about how easy it is to make ending with “It’s so delicious “. You gave me the ingredients and a complete recipe.

This app seems like it would be really good. But it would be nice if it was free for those of us who are low income. I’m on a fixed income, and therefore I can’t afford any subscriptions. I hope you take this into consideration. I think this app would be used by a lot more people.

Collection of Personal Data
I downloaded this and find that in order to access it the first thing Shift Network wants is my complete birthdate. Why? It says it will provide a free birthday gift but what for? They put it up as a paywall of sorts and you can’t go past it to access the app. 1) This is a slick way to gather demographics on people and its also gathering personal information that some people may not want exposed. 2) Why is there no option to bypass this if there is a free version? 3) What else are you doing that you need peoples birthdates? 4) What happens should you get hacked and then peoples personal information is now in the wrong hands? I find this highly disturbing and thus I can figure out my well being without having to provide unnecessary personal information about myself. Because of this I decided to delete the app. Sure, I could put in a fake birthday to gain access, but why should I even have to do that in the first place?

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us. This insight is very much appreciated and we are in the progress of changing this now. Our initial intent was to share rewards or gifts to users around their birthday. In hindsight, we should have set this up in such a way that if a user didn’t want to provide the info, they could proceed to skip and still move ahead to access the app content. This question will be removed in the upcoming release of the app. Thanks again for your feedback and honesty, we’re always seeking to improve the experience of our users.
No course access on app
This app doesn’t allow user to access their TSN courses purchased online. Getting easy access to my courses was the main reason I downloaded the app. Super disappointed. :(

While the Shift App does not give you access to the Shift website or full-length premium Shift Network courses, we do offer valuable standalone content such as Journeys, Mini-Courses, and Quick Shifts. Please rest assured you can access your full-length premium Shift Network courses anytime from our main site on all of your devices. If you have any other issues, please let us know. We are always happy to communicate and receive feedback.
Extremely user friendly great app!
Extremely user friendly, looks great as an app, and I am enjoying the huge library of videos that help inspire and teach me to be more mindful. The videos range from long to short so it's convenient to watch one during the busy times of the day too. Very great app to just have!

I love having such a helpful tool right on my phone. The phone these days always seems like such a tool of “doing” rather than “being”. I love now having an app that can inspire moments of stillness, learning, & inspiration. There is so much fantastic transformational content and I love that you can engage with the app even if you only have a few free minutes. Beautifully done!!
