About
If you work shifts, the schedule lives in your head. Shift4You keeps it for you.
PICK A PATTERN, THE REST IS AUTOMATIC
DuPont, Continental, Pitman (2-2-3), Panama (2-3-2), 4-on/4-off, 3-on/3-off, 4-on/2-off and more — 11 ready-made rotations. Choose your team and the calendar fills months ahead. You can build your own pattern too.
KNOW WITHOUT OPENING
The Home Screen widget shows today and the week ahead. While you're on shift, the Lock Screen and Dynamic Island count down to the end. Ask Siri what you're working today.
TOLD IN TIME
A reminder before your shift starts, as early as you like. Separate reminders for your notes, and a summary of next week every Sunday.
WHEN PLANS CHANGE
Swapped a shift with a colleague? Fix that single day with one tap. Add notes, mark days off — your pattern stays intact.
LEAVE AND HOLIDAYS
Track your annual leave and see what's left. Public holidays for 19 countries are marked, and the app suggests where a day of leave next to a holiday buys you a long break.
YOUR MONTH IN NUMBERS
Days worked, which shift dominated, how many weekends you gave up — all in Statistics.
WEATHER
The forecast for your next shift, right on the shift card. Powered by Apple Weather.
YOUR DATA STAYS YOURS
iCloud sync brings your calendar back after a new phone or a reinstall. You can also export a backup file.
YOUR TEAMMATES
View other teams' rotations too — knowing who works when makes swaps easier.
EXPORT
Send your shifts to Apple Calendar and share them with your family.
Available in 8 languages.

What's New in Shift4You
1.2.0
August 24, 2026
• Your iCloud backup is no longer restored without asking. If a backup is found after a reinstall, the choice is yours — and you now see a proper screen while the data comes down. • On devices set to a non-Gregorian calendar (Hijri, for example) the app opened the wrong month and never showed public holidays. Fixed. • If your shift ended at midnight, the countdown moved to the next shift too early. Fixed. • The Settings screen has been reorganised — shift, calendar and app settings now sit in separate sections. • Cleared out duplicate shift patterns that could appear during setup.
