Where are all the trucks? They are no where to be found.

Great app but….
It is a great app. It has helped me numerous times, but it needs to be updated more often. I kinda wish there was another app like it, as a back up
Nothing Special here… Maybe would be okay if it was Free?
Not much content. You can’t select Models or go by Years and a lot of the pictures are next to useless. In the time it takes to use this app, you can go online and find a Free video… or just drag it out and tow it from the drive wheels. Realize a lot of newer vehicles don’t have a Manual Neutral Release anyway.

Great app still could do more
This is a great app for keeping everything easy to find. I do wish the models were listed better and easier to find. Also I know there’s millions of different models etc but seeing this keep growing thanks to the user is great. I do also think some of the photos could use better information. I hope to see more expansions of the brake release section also. I would love to see some integration of tow spec type information also to make this a great tow app.

Outdated pointless app
Waste off £7, only has a very small selection of cars, which are old cars and most people know how to unlock them anyway.
The App is very poorly built and has screenshots of what people have uploaded themselves, doesn’t even have many cars on the app and your better off just googling the unlocks!

Has the potential
Needs a bit of tidying up, will see how it progresses.
Should be a standard photo from above of the gear stick/lever/buttons showing the transmission when looking though the thumbnails so it is easier to find the transmission you’re working with.
Should be clear names of vehicles in thumbnails or underneath/above thumbnails to find vehicle you’re looking for.
If this makes the difference just once in a situation where I was never going to find the answer, it will be worth more than I paid.
I’m from NZ and most common Ute is Ford Ranger, but can’t find the latest model (released last year) on this app. Hoping it’ll be there soon. Thanks

Not all models
Its useful if the make and model is in the app but alot of the times when i needed it that model wasn’t on here i think its over priced
No function
I work all day, Tow Truck Operator. Day one of my guys tell use this app is good. Ok, I try more 8 time en different locations for emergencies autos and SUV but no have nothing.
AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE.
Had a little glitch and Mark was very quick to help diagnose my issue. Works great now. Thank you for the excellent customer service. Replied right away each time !
Not worthy of a paid app
Most of the time info simply isn’t there. A lot of the posts have no explanation and appear to be user submitted. If it was free it would be fine but it’s not worth 10$
It’s okay
More updates would be great, since manufacturers change things often. Too often I have to Google or YouTube because there is a lack of models and model years in this app. Wouldn’t bother me if it was a free app, but a paid app should be better.
Update: Over a year after my review, the developer finally responded, claiming “if it has a release, it’s published.”

Looks like its done by a guy who repo’s out of a single wide… horrible pictures, missing data, year, makes, models and a ton of instructions!

Please check your phone. If your phone is a Walmart burner, you may have a problem other than the app!! Just kidding. It actually works perfectly for tens of thousands of users…..
Should be videos and be able to chat with other users
Need update and for 7 bucks should have newer models or at least let people communicate in a chat

I wish there were a way to download everything for areas of bad reception.
The app needs to be optimized for the newer models with the notch.

Waste
Waste of money. Wish I woulda read some of the other reviews first. Doesn’t have a very wide selection of vehicles to choose from pictures aren’t clear. Have better luck just googling it for free rather than wasting 7 dollars on this app that more than likely won’t have the answer you are looking for.
