This app works as designed. It doesn’t really do much for anyone who has ever been to therapy, or done self help stuff. Keep your expectations low.

The passports are a great way to quickly shift your mood and focus in a positive direction. It only takes a minute, and can be done anywhere at any time! The passports in this app are a great example of a small change that can have a huge impact on your life.

Well designed and simple to use. I love the graphics and the way they draw me in. The words take me into a space of optimism as I feel my stress melt away. Love to use the “burn” feature after answering the insightful question. Can’t beat the price. Highly recommend this app for anyone wanting a quick de-stress experience.
