The app is not bad overall — it’s easy to use and does what it’s supposed to. However, I think it could be improved by adding an instant pay option and a feature for instant shift booking. It would also be really helpful to have a section where workers can read reviews from others who’ve worked at the same facility, so new users know what to expect before picking up a shift. That would make the app much more helpful, especially for first-time users.

I’ve used a few shift apps before, but Shiftnex is on another level. The interface is clean, easy to navigate, and everything just works—clocking in, viewing earnings, managing my schedule, and picking up extra shifts. I love the ability to see block shifts, view all available shifts in one building, and instantly see how much I could earn in total. It makes planning my week so much easier. Plus, the app shows me shifts I’m actually qualified for, and I get paid fast with no games. This was clearly built for healthcare professionals by people who get it.
