How It Works 1. Registration & Login — Users sign up as business owners or employees (via invite code). JWT-based authentication secures access. 2. Dashboard — After login, users land on a Quick Start guide and can access calendar, swap requests, chat, forum, and other modules based on role. 3. Swap Workfow — Employees create swap/sick/time-off requests; managers review in Swap Room; employees can claim others’ swaps; approvals fow through the system. 4. Communication — Chat for direct messages, forum for discussions, notifcations and mailbox for updates. 5. Admin Confguration — Business and Sub Admins confgure shift types, blockout days, permissions, and bulk upload users.
