Buggy

The app is extremely buggy and does not do half of what it claims to do. Heatmaps do not work. Do not see AI features, etc. not ready for prime time.

Thanks for flagging this. Quick thing on heatmaps: they build from your logged shifts, so until there's a bit of data in there, they'll look empty. Which I can see coming across as "broken." That's on me to make clearer in the app. Out of curiosity, how many shifts had you logged before checking the heatmap? If it was just a few (or none yet), that's likely what you ran into, and I'd love to help you get it populated. Not able to use

The description says “free forever with an option to upgrade but after just downloading the app and creating an account for the first time, on the computer because the phone signup couldn’t complete, a large pop-up on the phone reads, “your free trial has ended,” and I’m not even able to see how the app works. Moreover, there’s no way on the phone at least, to even upgrade. So far, the signup process and experience has been disappointing, and I now doubt the functionality of the entire app.

Hey, thank you for taking the time to write this, that's a genuinely broken experience, and I'm sorry about that. A brand-new account should be starting a 7-day free trial, so seeing "your free trial has ended" right after signup is a bug. It sounds like the desktop-to-phone signup didn't carry over correctly, which is why you got stuck with no way forward. I'm digging into it now.
