Glitchy, barely works
The options Shifty has for training resources, quizzes, flashcards, etc is great…but that’s about the only things that work. The scheduling part of the app is still extremely glitchy. It’ll show my managers that I’ve tried to give up shifts that don’t even exist, or I’ve tried to pick up shifts that don’t exist. Half of the vacation days I put in for time-off did not show up on my managers’ side, so that lead to scheduling conflicts while I was out of state.
Now, while I’m trying to request half a day off, the app crashes and glitches out while I’m trying to put in what shift I’m available for that day.
I just can’t give this app a high review because it’s so glitchy.

Great Resource
Shifty is a great all-in-one training and restaurant staff management app. Inexpensive for what you get. Highly recommend.
Amazing!!!! Changed the way we train
The owner Beth has been accessible and amazing throughout the entire process. You send her your materials and her and her team completely build everything out for you and your team! You can go in and add and change things and she helps every step of the way. Beth even flew out to my restaurant to teach back with the entire management team!! Our team is loving this and our restaurant is progressing wonderfully! Thanks Shifty!

Worst Schedule App
This is the worst scheduling app. The way it’s laid out is confusing, partially due to the big fonts and spacing takes up the entire screen-view. The weeks don’t flow well when you need to drill down on exact days/shifts. Even the numerical schedule dates are listed vertically (who reads dates vertically?!?). Nobody.
They need to redesign a user-friendly format.
The only benefit to this app is the ability to have access the training docs. Otherwise, it’s not a good scheduling app.
