About
shii • haa — Breath · Sound · Stillness
A quiet app for the three movements that make up every breath: receive, shape, let go. Built by a Swiss family physician for people who want to know what their own state actually feels like — not just what it sounds like.
What makes shii • haa different
• Breath analysis instead of questionnaires. Speak into your microphone for 30 seconds. The app listens locally on your device and shows you what state your nervous system is in right now.
• Real-time biofeedback. Connect a chest strap (Polar H10 or compatible) and see your heart rate variability, coherence, and breathing rhythm during a session. No hardware needed — the breath circle guides you on its own.
• Three breathing paths, clearly structured. Energy breathing for alertness. Diaphragmatic breathing for relief. Coherence breathing for balance. No esoteric jargon, no overload.
• Reflection with depth. Journaling prompts that actually move something — from "What did you let go of today?" to "What gives your life the deepest meaning?"
• The science of breath. Seven chapters explaining why breathing works. Clear, medically responsible, no cure-all promises.
Who is it built for?
For people under pressure who need something reliable that fits into 5 minutes. For anyone who finds meditation interesting but doesn't enjoy guru-speak. For everyone who wants to see how their body responds to breathing — visibly, measurably, honestly.
Privacy
Voice recordings are analyzed exclusively on your device and are never uploaded. Health data stays in your iOS Health app. Account and reflections are hosted in European data centers in compliance with GDPR. No advertising, no tracking, no third-party sharing.
