Waste of time!
I had placed a collection order through the app but when I arrived outside Shimlas at collection time, it was closed! What a complete waste of time. Why would they take my order and then set a time when they are not even open?
I had guests waiting at home, so had to find an alternative food place which delayed and kept them waiting for hours. Please do yourself a favour and never download this app. Giving a 1 star cos it’s a required selection before posing a review, otherwise it’s a 0 star from me and has no purpose other than a waste of 36.9mb somewhere far across the world on an apple server.

Doesn’t work
Doesn’t work at all!! Tells me to enter address and doesn’t take me any further. Constantly says enter address even though it’s entered. Disappointing developer, shame as the foods great!!
An app that doesnt even work
You need to change who ever developed your useless app it does not even let you get past the screen with the map 😂 Sort it out ffs cowboy developer 🤣

Absolutely disgusting company customer service is horrendous and the app is ridiculous to use and when enquired about delivery issue adviced to go to Uber eats but told them I ordered through there app ... AVOID

Appalling service avoid app I placed an order though the app waited 2 hours for food called the restaurant only to be kept on hold for 20 mins to be told food is in the way and you’ll get complimentary drinks for waiting over 2 hours would not recommend ordering on here

Needs updating, once you place a order you can’t amend it, if you ring the restaurant they say they have different systems so can’t amend or cancel the order. So basically if you order using the app you can’t rectify anything.
