Super fun workouts!

I love the workouts and the great boost of energy I get in just 7 minutes. They’re really easy to fit into any day. Shout out to my fave instructor Rocky!

Love these workouts!!!

These are super fun, and since they’re only 7mins, it’s easy to try different styles and combine them for a longer workout. The instructors have great energy and I’m impressed how much I can feel the difference in such a short time.

Shimmy is Underrated

I love how Shimmy is very body positive and meets you in wherever your physical health is at. I struggle with getting myself to the gym, but Shimmy is able to give me the motivation to workout with some great instructors and a calendar to keep track of my progress. What really sold me though was the fact that Shimmy doesn't force you to watch ads or pay some big subscription like other apps do. If that were the case, I would probably look at exercise routines on Youtube instead (which give more tolerable ad-viewing times anyways). But Shimmy shows that the people behind this app care about you getting into shape, without locking you out behind a paywall. I have to extend my support for this reason. Thank you and the people who made this app. I hope that more apps continue to follow your example.
