There is a new demon with a .03% pull rate. You will not win in PVP without it. PVP is the main way to get currency. The new demon will be rendered obsolete in 2 weeks.
There will be countless server errors when the new meta demon is released because god forbid you'd think ahead and get more server capacity before release.
I have not even touched the debacle that is Aura Gate 0.

New update makes it unplayable
Connection error, random Japanese error, random error that had no text, got in once and I couldn’t close the events pop up so had to restart, now it just won’t open at all.
Still a MegaTen Game
Been a fan of MegaTen games since Nocturne. Above all, I love the OST and steady drip of new designs for all the figures of myth. As for gameplay, it’s the classic formula - until you get to the higher ranks in competitive play. The usual considerations for damage resistance and weakness becomes moot as all the meta-characters have pierce, swapping demons mid-fight isn’t a function, and the innate abilities that made weaker demons viable in SMTV’s recent remake limit the scope of effective team builds. Aside from the sweaty ranked matches, the game is fun and offers a story that mainline SMT fans will enjoy and offers plenty of free resources to help get new players up to speed - you’re only ever a few pulls away from a good team anyway and your odds are as good as anyone else’s with that. Not to mention you’ll be bankrolling SMT6. Not a bad deal.

I legit enjoy this game to no end and the Shin Megami Tensei deep cuts keep coming. Not to mention the really interesting collabs they get are great.

In duel a lot of players are complaining and even I’m a witness to it press turns icons not being consumed and glitches and bugs all across the board on fights that shoulda been won

A complete scam
A total scam where you spend 2 $70 packs to get a banner character only to get nothing. It’s insulting the level of disrespect this game has for its userbase, I hate it
Great game with bad design.
This game login does not have the feature to be link with other application such as Google, Apple , email and etc. They only have a transfer ID feature with only username and password to transfer the game data to another device. Lost my transfer ID during the process of changing devices and write in to the customer service with the apple payment purchase receipt. Guess what is their response? They told me that they cannot investigate the payment I made in App Store and cannot find my game data and request me to provide a lot of information such as game name, ID, characters I owned, etc. to prove my identity of the account. Hello?? What is the order ID of the apple payment purchase for, if it not tied to my game account and data in your game? You expect people to remember the details (characters, monsters name, etc) when the issue happen a month ago?

New events force “cuts scenes” with no SKIP option block the screen when you boot up the app. 3 minutes of button (screen) mashing to speed it up and they’re STILL TALKING?!
