This app is very convenient because you can join all types of webinars. Since these are virtual events, it is a plus because of the current situation we are facing right now. Pretty easy to use
I like this app, after using it for a day I can tell it’s one of the best to attend or organize virtually attend events. If I want to organize a virtual event, I will certainly be using this app. It is easy to use and figure out!

Updated to v3.3.12 and now we can’t see presentations or podiums.
Great but not for phones
I was trying to do class on shindig and I can’t see my instructor for class it just broke up and I can only hear other students so I can’t catch up a class
Great solution to virtually attend events!
This app is great when it comes to being able to join webinars. The interface is simple, and you can see a list of live as well as upcoming events. You can also rspv if you see a future event that you’d be interested in joining. In an event, you can privately chat with other participants, or have a face to face conversation with the host in front of everyone else. It’s a great way to attend conferences without exposing or being exposed to others in person, which gives this app the edge in these times.

Did not work
I tried to use this app to watch an event and it simply did not work. The screen kept going blank, then black every 20-30:seconds, making watching the event impossible. I tried closing and re-opening the app many times, but it kept crashing.
Amazing
Shindig is such an innovative app, being able to attend video events and webinars is exactly what we need in 2020. The interface is sleek and easy to use. Very user friendly! I didn’t encounter any bugs or crashes. There’s tons events so there’s bound to be something that interests you.
Glitchy and difficult to use
Navigating to chat and back to the presentation screen is sure to make the app crash. Key buttons like mute and camera on/off are nowhere to be found. Phone starts to overheat as soon as the app is opened

Great app
I was pleasantly surprised by this app. It has a ton to offer. There are a lot of events you can browse through and RSVP to. You can virtually attend events and enjoy a really interactive experience. You can interact with the hosts and your fellow audience members through video chat or texting. It’s especially great during the pandemic and we’ve all become so isolated.
