Timer trouble
I can’t get the turn timer on the lights to work. They stay on all day and all night. I’m about to unplug them because our electric bill is getting out of hand and I can’t seem to get help in English.
Typical low quality App
I recommend you return the lights that require this app. The lights were very low quality in this app is even lower yet. Most of the time the settings aren’t saved by the lights and the app doesn’t remember the settings after leaving the screen. And it’s been so long since this app has been updated, it’s probably safe to assume that it’s been abandoned

PLEASE update the app. It is frustrating that we spent so much money on these a couple of years ago only to have the app be so terrible now. Please honor your customers.

What happened with this app?! I have my lights for a few years and the app worked great… this year I got them out for Halloween display and the app keeps shutting down, I finally got it to stay up and running. Set my light, ( haven’t even done them all yet) and as soon as the phone screen goes dark, the lights disconnect! Even if I walk to far away from the lights, they disconnect and I have to reprogram them. Not cool! I really needed this lights to work.

Features are there as long as you don’t use them.
There are things that you can do for individual lights that you cannot do when you group 2 or more likes together. Also in the group options, if you haven’t created group, there is a lot of useful controls, but as soon as you create a group those useful controls just disappear. like creating your own scenes. As soon as you make a group you can’t even set your own colors for it to fade between.

Timers do not work!
Let’s keep this simple. Timing does not work on in any capacity. They work on 24-hour and even factoring that in the timing does not work. Lights are turned on before they should be on. They’re full white and not the color meant to be set. It’s been tedious this season (2024) and I deeply regret purchasing 4 more. Lights = great. Software = trash. Don’t trust the timer. Be ready to turn them on and off every time you need them in a season (where they’re plugged into power… not an issue on a timer where the power comes on or off. Software time is WAY off and unreliable.

This app makes and outgoing call when enabled? Why does it need to do this? Seems very shady

App Crashes Upon Load
I deleted and reinstalled the app which finally got it to load but as soon as I declined the use of my microphone, it crashed. There is absolutely no reason why lights NEED to listen to me all the time. Disappointing, but it looks like I’ll need to trash perfectly good lights - what a waste.
Why can’t share App to others?
I install this app in my phone and I only can use this application to control light using Bluetooth but Why I can’t share this app to another person to control light using their phones! Nobody can control/change light if you are not here! What the hack
Better lights than I expected
The music setting isn’t the best, but I have yet to find lights that live up to my expectation for that… so for the price of the lights, I’m very satisfied. Also have not experienced any issues that other reviews have dealt with. Would definitely recommend!
Need more group controls
I purchased a package of 4 lights relying on the app. While I can set certain group controls, I cannot control scene or colors for the group- which means there’s no way to keep them in sync. This seems to be an app issue, not a hardware issue. Please update the app to accommodate- OR make your products compatible with a better 3rd party app.

Needs more control
We have 16 lights around our main room, the app will only let us control up to 13 lights at a time. How can we get all 16 lights connected at the same time?

This app crashes and I can’t control the light!
Keeps defaulting to white
The app won’t retain the color setting. Every day when lights turn on, they default to white. Worked fine in the beginning but now, a few months later, it doesn’t work
Turns off when my phone is not close
Why do all the devices turn off when my phone is not close. If I walk from one side of my house to the other with my phone all lights disconnect!!!
Timers need more functionality
Why am I limited to just 3 timers? Please increase the timers to at least 4 so I can have 2 separate on/off times. Would also be nice to save light settings for the timers. For the price, the lights and app work okay. Would be nice to have more control over the functionality.
