앱 업데이트 이후 바로 QR결제가 불가능 에러 화면은 뜨는데 아무것도 써져있지 않는 흰 화면이 반복적으로 뜸 가장 큰 문제 qr결제 불가능 Qr생성 불가능 카드결제는 가능함 돈도 충분히 있음
보안 절차
로그인을 하고 어플에 들어가서 송금을 할때 두차례의 비밀번호를 눌러야 합니다 바로바로 연결이 안되어 시간이 오래걸리고 번거롭습니다

Horrible Design to Use
This is the worst design for a banking app I’ve ever come across. Not only is it ugly and poorly designed, it’s like they’ve sat down and tried to make it as difficult to use as possible. Every part of it is a horrible experience to use, from the keyboard and way you input information, to the layout of features inside the app, to the way you access account information, and make transactions - it’s as if it was designed by a team of blind monkeys. Truly awful. Unbelievably, they just updated the app and didn’t change a thing. I thought at last they were going to give the app a redesign but they did nothing but add fingerprint login. It’s like a banking app when they first came out that hasn’t had an update in 15 years. Truly terrible experience.

아이폰 이용자 인데... 이번 업데이트 이후 송금 내용을 복사해서 사용할 수가 없네요? 긴 송금 내용을 일일 눌러야 하니 너무 힘들네요

Giao diện làm khá rối mắt. Khó sử dụng trên app. UX/UI như năm 2010.

Apps lag quá, sử dụng quét khuôn mặt mà lag nó không nhận diện mk cái khoá luôn apps chán thiệt sự
Crashes and No Communication
The app sometimes will not work for hours and the bank does not communicate with customers. I understand that these things happen sometimes, but at least send emails to your customers sharing updates. Now that we use the app for QR payments, it’s a big mess when it doesn’t work for an entire day.

Mình xài nhiều ngân hàng thấy app shinhan tệ nhất trong các loại app, chậm chạp, vì cty chi trả tiền qua shinhan thì mới dùng, k thì mình k bao giờ dùng
