What the hell happened
So it was great the first time the first couple times I tried it amazing but now other times I tried it like a couple months and it keeps saying my mask ID is not connected to the app. I don’t know what’s happening in each time. I tried to reset it it kept on saying it’s my mask ID is unauthorized and not connected app if you’re seeing this review, please fix it.

The ability to upload a photo per the instructions does not work

Cool mask, app doesn’t want to work
Love the mask, my son plans to use it for Halloween but the app does not load past 50% no matter what platform I use (apple or android).
App never leaves 50%
I can see my mask but the app never loads! It is stuck at 50% HELP!

For some reason every time I put on the mask it switch’s to different masks and does gestures even though I have that setting turned off
