Where are the ships

Literally looking at a ship and ship finder says it’s not even there. It hasn’t shown majority of the ships coming through the Bristol Channel!

It shows some ais data but it doesn’t show anything important like the ferries that I’m looking at or anything else for that matter I am in a very popular boating area and it showed nothing from
