How to use the app Download the app and sign up for a free account using your Full name, email address, telephone number, NIB number and a government issued ID. Once packages are received at our US warehouse, they will appear in your package history dashboard. Receive additional alerts when your packages leave our US warehouse, arrives in The Bahamas, processed through Bahamas Customs, sorted at our local store and delivered to the customer.
