Very bad company

The app doesn’t work at all you can’t even log in there is just a blank screen. They delivered to wrong address. I sent multiple customer service requests nobody got back to me. I didn’t receive any email. The website doesn’t work at all and you can’t even change the address from the website. Overall terrible experience.
