Terrible Tracking – No Updates for Days
This has been one of the worst shipping experiences I’ve had. There have been absolutely no tracking updates for several days, and I have no idea where my package is. I’ve tried reaching out for support but haven’t received any helpful response. This level of service is unacceptable, especially from a company claiming to support global e-commerce. I will not be using ShipEntegra again unless they seriously improve their tracking and customer service.
