Shipmate Office

Shipmate is a mobile application designed to support maritime operations by enabling users to manage crew activities, ticketing, notifications, and approvals directly from their mobile devices. Users log in using a username and company code. For security, a One-Time Password (OTP) is sent to the user’s registered email. After verification, users can access the dashboard. The Dashboard serves as the main hub, providing quick access to modules such as Crew List, Ticketing, Notifications, Approvals, and Seafarer Search. The Crew List module displays vessels grouped by fleet. Users can view seafarers assigned to each vessel, categorized as Planned or All Seafarers, and access detailed profiles. The Seafarer Search feature allows quick lookup of crew members across all vessels. The Ticketing module helps manage travel requests, including creating requests, viewing bookings, and tracking requests through integrated systems. The Approvals section enables users to review and process plan and document approvals efficiently.
