Avoid - Unreliable service and zero accountability
I ignored the bad reviews and paid the price. Out of 8 boxes sent to Haiti, they claim they never received 2 of them-even though I have FedEx proof of delivery ($365 loss). Another 5 boxes have been stuck "in transit" for 3 months with no updates. The app's tracking is useless and customer service has no answers. I’m filing reports with the BBB and FTC. Do not trust them with your money or your goods.

You guys have some changes to make frl. Some of your employees in Miami ( West D.) are disrespectful, and they can’t even give right informations about the deliveries. And also would they tell me that it would take like 15-20 days for my package to get to destination (boat) when it takes more than one month? And also why would you guys add the merge package option for you to send only one box?
