Horrible app always closes!!!
Please put some money into your app development. There is no stable connection and literally nice spent hours going back and forth with this printer for months. I’m throwing it out for good and getting something far better than this absolutely terrible printer as well as an app that is atrocious to use. Fix your system, IOS, and all the bugs in this printer & printer app!!!!!

You have to download every label to your phone
You have to download every single label to your phone and it’s basically just a huge pain to use…. It works, but it’s not user-friendly at all.

This app has 3.5 stars as of writing this review but its an easy 5 star. Free and it's intuitive
Does what I need give me access to settings
This gives me the option to change the speed and density for my thermal printer. Which makes all my prints come out much clearer otherwise. Does what I need not perfect but I can’t complain.
Top app. Does the job.
Could do with some performance improvements to speed up ui/ux. maybe assign background tasks to printing so user can quickly add new print outs to the queue instead of be delayed by printing 1 by 1. There are numerous ways you could improve the ux but I am sure there are some simple performance/ux changes that could make a big improvement. Thanks.

App crashed when you try to use it for anything ??
I use this app daily to print multiple labels. Once you ask the app to do 2 things at once it will just crash on you. If you have to download this app to use your printer machine I feel sorry for you.
Does not deserve all the hate
Took me a while to figure it out but it’s not all that complicated just have to readjust then it works great
Horrible
The app is so slow and always glitches out and runs your thermal printer out of labels.
Settings won’t fix the label printing as an 8x11 even though all other settings are correct.
Don’t buy.

Great start, poor outcome
I’ve been very successful with printing my shipping labels. However, when I try printing other labels that should be in compliance it prints a black square. This label maker isn’t as versatile as it should be.
Update your app!

Very complicated and confused settings. I lost so many labels trying. Waste of time and $. It's free app but Nelko is free and it's great app for label printing.
Great idea, but just doesn’t work
I purchased the printer from Amazon it worked a couple times but it doesn’t seem like it stays working. I use the standard big label for United States Postal Service and UPS packages but it just becomes too cumbersome Mondorf. Of course can’t get any customer support either

I’ve been using this almost a year and I’ve had no problems at all. Easy to use and perfect labels every time. I only use 4x6 for my small business.
