No support available
I attempted to report a bug in the software and the link took me only to the developer’s inquiry inbox and main page. I was going to report that the setup task function is not working and only pulls up the logic table for the equipment list. This is my first day with the app and lack of support for a ridiculously priced piece of software is just unacceptable. Additionally and as other have reported here that this software is nothing more than a very simple db. You save yourself a lot of money and frustration by downloading some of the MS access alternatives for iOS and build your own for free!

Cracking app
I have enjoyed every aspect of this app. I’ve made a complete inventory with photos and know where everything is on the boat now. And so do the crew. I really like the predictive maintenance schedules and the fact there are preset maintenance lists for all the important items on aboard. Thanks for creating the app :-)

Need to see these to give 5 stars
1. Easier to find Suggestions and/or Send Us Feedback link in the Settings page
2. Add in app purchase so user can upload logo and company name when emailing pdf reports instead of title in pdf stating ShipShape Pro by Intelligent Maintenance LLC
3. Monthly recurring cost
4. Ability to add more the 2 pics in the Costs detail page
5. Ability to add many pictures in the Task details page
6. App crashes a lot
7. Ability to add a picture of the boat which will be displayed in the Manage Boats page
8. Easier way to add Next Service date reminders

Not ituitive
Takes awhile to set up. Very expensive as apps go. Only cost $20 a boat to by the app 2 boats for $39 but cost additional $30 for each additional boat. Not easy on someone starting a business.
Very difficult to use, not worth a fraction of the cost
I thought this would really be a great program with the good material on the website, video, etc... however its extremely counterintuitive im cuite upset i cant just get my money back and give it to someone in need, as it stands i threw 40$ in the trashcan....
I also bought the pro version as I thought it would be better than the regular and to this point cant see a single important advangtage.... (ps: i use only one boat, which seems like its not what the pro was intended for, even though additional boats are charged....) overall there are much bettter programs out there. Just search for " yacht management" or "boat maintenance" or boat expenses, you will find free or free+pay addons apps which at least allow you to look what you are getting yourself into.... here i got myself into a 40$ pile of.....
