Ärgerlich, und Sie hatten recht: Der DHL-Status kam bei uns oft erst nach Stunden, bei schnellen Inlandspaketen also manchmal erst nach der Zustellung. Das haben wir behoben, die App fragt DHL Deutschland jetzt zusätzlich direkt ab. Wichtig dabei: Beim Hinzufügen bitte "Deutsche Post Mail" als Versender wählen, nicht "DHL Express". Wenn es dann immer noch hakt, erreichen Sie uns mit der Sendungsnummer unter support@shipshow.net.
Komplett Nutzlos!
Hab 5 Pakete hinzugefügt und für keins gibt es irgendwelche Updates. Weder DHL, Amazon noch Hermes… überall steht nur noch kein Status verfügbar was nicht stimmt denn die Pakete wurden heute geliefert. Also eine App mit der Hauptaufgabe mir eine Übersicht über den Status meiner Pakete zu geben das aber nicht kann! Setzen 6! Dafür auch noch Geld zu verlangen ist blanker Hohn. Keine Ahnung ob ihr euren Job ernst nehmt… aber genau für sowas hat die IT Industrie automatisierte Tests eingeführt ;)
Ich hab die App jetzt gelöscht. Verschwendete Lebenszeit… Gibt weitaus bessere Apps im App Store … Die dann auch das tuen was sie sollen.

DHL Deutschland tracking not updating on manual refresh or automatically (v1.9.24)

Issue:
Tracking status in ShipShow lags behind the official DHL app by 15 minutes to 1+ hour, even after manually triggering pull-to-refresh. This persists after the fix noted in v1.6.55 changelog ("Pull to refresh now fetches the latest tracking updates from carriers").
Comparison test:
I ran the same DHL tracking number in Parcel (competitor app) side by side. When Parcel's pull-to-refresh shows an updated status, ShipShow's pull-to-refresh on the identical shipment does not reflect the same update at the same time. This suggests the delay is specific to how ShipShow fetches/caches DHL Deutschland data, not a DHL API-wide limitation for third-party apps.

Danke für den Hinweis. Vermutlich wurde Ihre Sendung dem falschen DHL-Dienst zugeordnet, DHL Paket und DHL Express sind bei uns getrennte Anbieter. Wir arbeiten daran, dass die App das künftig selbst erkennt und korrigiert. Bis dahin: Beim Hinzufügen 'Deutsche Post Mail' statt 'DHL Express' wählen, dann sollte der Status erscheinen. Great app
This app has thoughtful design, works well at automatically tracking my Amazon packages, seems every bit or more responsive in updates, and oh, it doesn't require a subscription to work.... Compare that to it's main competitor which just increased prices again to $7/year
A worthy replacement for Deliveries of old!
Like numerous others I am a refugee of Junecloud’s Deliveries iOS apps for centralized package tracking, subsequent to that app’s rapid loss of the ability to track multiple major US & international carriers of particular relevance to North American users several years ago. I’d initially migrated to Parcel, which I found usable but frustrating and limited in several ways. ShipShow is the first alternative I’ve fully embraced and, with some minor UI exceptions, matches or exceeds the experience I had with Deliveries at its height. Carrier color coding and frictionless image inclusion in tracking entries are welcome glanceable information UI features for those with a high rate of packages to track. I’ve also found the tracking details and delivery exception notifications to be the best of any tracking app I’ve yet tried, essentially equivalent to the relevant info available directly via carrier apps & sites. After tracking across more than a dozen carriers for 4 months, my only complaints would be relative slowness in displaying track info for newly added entries (albeit only several minutes typically), a handful of rough edges in the UI which do not overly impact usability and a lack of Store tracking support by order#/email. I track many packages shipped via Asian, European, North American and international carriers, some rather obscure, and have yet to find a service not supported (aside from as mentioned above). The Amazon tracking by account link in particular is very robust and easy to use. The subscription cost for Pro features is entirely reasonable for the level of quality and features provided, IMHO, and will hopefully fund ongoing active development to keep the app improving over the long term. I can highly recommend ShipShow for those with serious package tracking needs!

Outstanding package tracker!
The format of this package tracker is similar to the old leader of the category, Deliveries, but even better! It has excellent formatting on the main screen with Days to Go , the sender and shipping service, and best of all, the current shipping status (including location) so you don’t even have to click into more detail if you don’t want to. Many of the parcel tracking apps don’t have that important detail. And, the AI personality on “Sarcasm” is an absolute riot! Very well done ShipShow!

Slow tracking compared to AfterShip!
Been using Deliveries for years until it no longer supported certain carriers. Then switched to AfterShip but wanted to see what else was out there. Downloaded and tried ShipShow, it kind of looked like Deliveries aesthetically with a flare of Carrot Weather app with its snarky Ai commentary. Though the app looks beautifully designed, the live updates were slow, even when you manually refresh the tracking. Sadly I wouldn’t recommend, if you need by the minute updates. AfterShip still updates you by the second, though it may not look nowhere close to as nice as ShipShow, it’s still the most reliable, and free!

FedEx, UPS, OnTrac, DHL Germany and several others are now polled directly from the carriers, so status changes show up much faster than before. We'd love a second chance if speed was what sent you away. Anything still off, we're at support@shipshow.net.
FINALLY
Finally, a great package tracking app! I’ve been searching for a solid replacement ever since the Deliveries app declined and lost support for Fedex and UPS. Most alternatives are either too basic or overly intrusive, often trying to harvest my email. I previously settled for Parcels, but this app is a significant improvement.
The Amazon integration is especially impressive. Unlike Parcels, which adds every single item in an order as a separate package, this app groups them into a single entry, making everything much more organized.
The AI-generated comments are a nice gimmick. I’ve had a couple of amusing ones pop up, but ultimately, I’m sticking with this app for the package tracking features.
