About

Stop the blade with your bare hands. Your opponent brings a sword down on you. Tap the screen the moment the tip comes between your palms, and clap it to a stop. That's shirahadori, the legendary samurai art of catching a blade barehanded. Too early and your hands close on air. Too late and you're cut. A one-tap timing game where every duel lasts a heartbeat. - Just tap Tap anywhere to clap your hands together. Play with one hand, anytime. Stop the blade right on the red marks of your palms for a "Perfect!" and an extra sword. - One cut and it's over An endless gauntlet: how many can you beat in a row? The blades get faster the further you go. Every ten opponents your momentum grows, and each sword you take counts for more. - Opponents with tricks of their own - The Ronin, who swings straight down - The Trickster, who feints and pulls back - The Brute, who creeps down slowly, then drops all at once - The Stopper, who freezes mid-air before striking - The Quickdraw, who cuts without warning - A master every ten Every 10th opponent is a master swordsman. Ten masters, each with a style of their own. Beat one and their famed sword is yours. - Rare wanderers A shinobi whose blade vanishes, a fighter with two swords, an iai master who waits in stillness, a swaying drunkard, an oni mask, a ghost who fades away... Ten wanderers turn up by chance, each carrying a famed sword. - Collect 24 famed swords Ten from the masters, ten from the wanderers, and four for the swords you've taken in all. Every one has its own picture and its own story. Put your favorite on show on the title screen. - A thousand swords, and beyond Every sword you take adds up across all your runs. Rise from Apprentice through 21 ranks, all the way to a million swords. - More to do - A field guide of every opponent you've met, where you can practice against them with a wooden sword as often as you like - 34 feats to achieve - A record of your runs: best, perfect catches, even how you got cut - The scenery changes every ten opponents: moonlit night, bamboo grove, autumn leaves... - Easy to start Your first opponent is a practice partner who can't cut you. The real duels begin once you've got the timing. - Free to play No in-app purchases. The only ads are a banner on the title screen, and a video you can choose to watch to carry on after being cut (up to three times per run). No ads ever appear during a duel. Available in English, Japanese, Traditional Chinese, Korean, Spanish and Thai.
