I was a wed night pump regular years ago, I am back enjoying the class with Dale.
She brings a lot of energy to the class, is encouraging of all participants whilst giving technique & tips for each track.
It’s nice to see a teacher who is interested in her job & excited to see participants learn & improve each class.

Men’s outdoor shower cubicles
The door locks on the cubicles have been out of action for some time forcing me to use the family/disable shower for privacy and keeping my belongings with me. Would appreciate repair asap…..Thank you

Geri is an excellent instructor
Have always loved the classes that Geri conducts, be it Spin, Pump or Meta Power, she makes the classes enjoyable and encourages the participants. Her instructions are clear.
