great game
ive been playing on the danball website for around 10 years and out of all of the games i love this one the most, i found that they released the game on mobile last year so ive been playing it more on my phone than my computer. i have noticed that the phone seems slightly more easy to lose than the website, 10/10 game i never get bored of

You really need to use your head on this one. Once you learn how to make the correct moves you’ll enjoy play.
Sound?
You should probably just do away with the sound. This game spends as much time without sound as it does with sound. Doesn’t make sense to me.
Great game!
I used to play this mahjong on an old Windows 95 PC. I wanted to find an app that was the same but could never find one. They were either different shapes with the tiles stacked on top of each other, or the remaining tiles would move once you got rid of some. I just wanted the old rectangle where none of the tiles moved. It took me forever to find this and it was exactly what I was looking for. It’s simple but good. Thank you! (Just a side note: I can see someone complaining about hints but I’ve never had a problem. I don’t use them and none pop up. I like it the way it is.)

Cannot be removed which makes the game rubbish l can beat most none hint times but cannot remove the automatic hints off your format, which makes it all a waste of time

Scoring makes no sense!!! You receive better score when you rely on help to solve puzzle than when you solve it completely without help?

Fantastic Game+music
TLCR: This game is fantastic! Get it! It has no problems! Other reviews talk about adds and tool bar problems and they are now nonexistent! There is also a help page. If you want to get 3 stars don’t use hints. The games are rated out of 3.
I’ve played the online version of this game for 4 years but I wanted a version where I didn’t have to go to safari every time. This version of the Danball game is just as great as the online version. There is no earning things from the games except for stars, which really doesn’t do anything except make you feel good. It’s really simple and relaxing. With 16 different levels of difficulty it’s great for beginners and masters.
The music in the game is so much fun! I’m not a fan of the animal noises that you get when you play using the animal tiles—the only other type of tile and is ready for you at the beginning of the game—but the Asian (?) music that plays while you play with the traditional tiles so catchy and relaxing. I say catchy ‘cause it can get stuck in your head but there are no words.

A Raging River!
I’ve been playing Mahjong Rivers for a long time. This game is really tough. The weird thing about it is it lies in the bedrock of rocky scoring. The timed game requires not only quickness, but also accuracy! Make a mistake and you gain 5 seconds. You can’t do that too many times. I thought the time of about a minute and a half was really good, however I only got 2 out of 3 stars. And, I didn’t make a mistake! Whew!! Most other games just do timing. I’ll keep my oars in the water and see where this goes. I hope I don’t run into any rapids...It is a challenging game. I’ll give it 4 stars for now. You gotta try this game!

Best Shisensho!
since the original Shisensho game on Palm I have looked everywhere for a replacement. this game is superb. a real challenge, many options, and outstanding graphics. 5+ stars. better than best!
Too many flashy ads at the bottom
Would like to know how to get a three star status but there are no explanations saying how. Would like to retry games but don’t have that option. Hope you improve this....

Fun Game
Pretty good version of what i was looking for. Also has cute animals version which is especially helpful for those like me who are less familiar with the symbols.
