About

The official campus Wi-Fi app for Shiv Nadar University students, faculty and staff. Shiv Nadar University Wifi connects your iPhone or iPad to the university's secure wireless network using a personal digital certificate — no Wi-Fi password to type, share, or forget. HOW IT WORKS 1. Sign in with your SNU NetID 2. Tap Enroll Device — the app requests your personal certificate and configures campus Wi-Fi automatically 3. You're connected. Your device joins the campus network whenever it's in range, even after restarts WHY CERTIFICATE-BASED WI-FI Your device receives its own certificate issued by the university. It cannot be guessed or shared like a password, it identifies only your device, and it powers enterprise-grade WPA2 encryption (802.1X EAP-TLS) with protection against look-alike hotspots. FEATURES • One-tap enrollment — no manual network settings, no profiles to download • Automatic connection across campus, with nothing to re-enter • Manage every device on your account: see what's enrolled, remove anything you no longer use • Renewal reminders before your certificate expires, and one-tap renewal that keeps your device slot • Built-in troubleshooting that checks your connection, certificate and registration, with a report you can send straight to the IT Helpdesk • No Wi-Fi passwords stored, ever GOOD TO KNOW • This app is for Shiv Nadar University (Delhi NCR) account holders only — signing in requires an active SNU NetID • First-time enrollment must be done on campus (connect to SNU-ONBOARD or any campus network) • Deleting the app removes the Wi-Fi configuration from your device • Location permission is requested only if you open Troubleshoot — iOS requires it for the app to read Wi-Fi network names; your location is never recorded or sent anywhere SUPPORT IT Helpdesk: ithelpdesk@snu.edu.in · +91 120 7170105 G-Block Ground Floor (G007), Monday–Friday, 9 AM–5 PM Managed by Information Technology, Shiv Nadar University.
