Shiva Yoga Center

Shiva Yoga Center in the City of Amstelveen We are a yoga & wellness studio in Amstelveen giving over 30 classes every week with over 20 teachers. Our aim is to spread the authentic and traditional forms of Yoga and its way of life. At Shiva Yoga Center we believe that Yoga is not only performed on the mat but also off the mat in our day to day life. We have been around for years creating awareness for a mindful and conscious living through the teachings of various yogis in Iyengar Yoga, Hatha Yoga, Yin & Yang Yoga, complemented with Pranayama, Meditation, Dance and other Body Balancing variations. The Studio also houses a changing room, lounge and kitchen for you to relax and rewind with a cup of tea after a session.
