Horrific experience trying to pick up a package I PAID for
and having an app that doesn’t work, and customer service that doesn’t exist. Really. Shameful.
Fiasco
Really. If you run a delivery business- hire experienced developers. This app is a pure disappointment. Why every time I open the app she demands me to go through initial setup again. Once I remember your services were down about two days.

WhatsApp completely unhelpful, no way to contact them. Say they’ll extend pickup and don’t.
