App Registration Issue: Urgent Attention Needed for OTP Delivery
While this initiative is undoubtedly commendable, there seems to be an issue with the app registration process as the OTP is not being received. Kindly address and resolve this issue.

গত ০২/০৯/২০২৩ তারিখে একটা অভিযোগ করেছি। ১৮/০৯/২০২৩ তারিখে বলতেছে আমার সমস্যার সমাধান হয়েছে। আসলে কোন কিছুই করেনি। সব মিথ্যা কথা। আবার অভিযোগ করে, আমরা নাকি একই সমস্যার জন্য বারবার অভিযোগ জানাই। তারা কোন সমাধান না করেই বলে সমাধান হয়েছে। আর আমরা অভিযোগ করলেই বলে , আমরা একই অভিযোগ বারবার জানাই। আমার এই লেখাটি যদি সিটি করপোরেশনের কোন কর্মকর্তা দেখে থাকেন, তাহলে দয়া করে আমার এই অভিযোগটি খতিয়ে দেখবেন আশা করি। নাহলে বুঝবো, সিটি করপোরেশনের সব কর্মকর্তাই একই রকম। ধন্যবাদ।

main problem is we cant use gallery images, i think its very important because most of time we need to take pictures secretly for security

Very Late And Useless Responses
This app used to be a very good initiative but as days goes by the quality of responses are becoming poorer. Initial days they used to take action almost immediately but now they only reply in the message, which again after like almost 1 month.
Unable to receive OTP
Have tried multiple times to register, but I don’t receive any OTP. Why can’t you add email OTP if mobile OTP is an issue?

Have no option to submit illegal storage on the side of the road for construction. Illegal market on the footpath etc
