APP DOESNT WORK
Soon as I tried to make an account the game said I already have an account on this device which I never did and won’t let me make a new account
Scan doesn’t work?
I have just downloaded the game since reading all the great reviews… I’ve done my first scan (which the app gives you 1 free scan coin at the start) and it’s come back stating “couldn’t save Shoobit, out of scans”? Seems like a waste of time handing out a scan at the start if it’s not going to let you do the thing it’s built to do?

Sorry about that, this was a misleading error message. Your scan failed due to bad connection. I also want to clarify that new users get more than 1 free scan as well. Please reach out to contact@shoobox.app if you have any more issues. Thanks for giving Shoobox a go and for the honest note.

This game is perfect for playing on the side and it is a must try for those that like collecting and trading stuff! Highly recommended.

I love collecting ma shoobits every day and the scanning actually works pretty well
I like it, but…
Quit increasing the currencies needed to do stuff! It’s mad annoying and I hate playing when I’m saving so the coins just for inflation to constantly happen. A bit over it atp. Was having the same issues with the stupid scans.

Thanks for the feedback, and sorry for the confusion here. We didn't raise prices, we rescaled the currency. Every coin became 10 coins, everywhere. If something cost 100 and you had 500, it now costs 1,000 and you have 5,000. Your coins buy exactly what they did before. The smaller increments just give us more precision on trade pricing. Happy to check your account if something looks off, and I'll pass the scans feedback along to the team.
