This app is basically useless
Long time fan of shooters, and I’ll continue going, but this app is useless. I’ve been trying to pay to from the app for close to two years and still won’t work. There’s zero value in having this app on my phone. Please fix it or pull it from the store.
Restaurant is great- App needs work!
We love shooters, the food, drinks and service are always spot on! But if you don’t pay your bill with the app- there isn’t a way to add points to your rewards account. If there is it is not intuitive bc I’ve tried every option and can’t find a way to do it.
So if that can be upgraded, I’ll change my rating to 5 stars! 🙂

Fix Your App
Glad to see now that the COVID-19 is going on and now you are relying heavily on online and phone orders that you finally decide to fix it. Still can’t use the app however. You I put payment info and there’s no place to put your security code for your credit card? Losing out on business. I love the food but man you are making it difficult to support.

Crash and burn!!
App crashes every time I open it. Kinda pointless. Running and iPhone 7 so I don’t know if that is the problem.
App does not work
Every time try to download and open it doesn’t work. You might want to take the advertisement down from inside the restaurant.
My Review
Restaurant has good food and a good atmosphere. The app however, never seems to work. I try to open it and it always forces close.

Crashes every time
Have repeatedly tried to use this app and have been unable to do so due to crashing. Hard to earn points when you can’t access anything.

Tried downloading, deleted and re-downloaded, still crashes. Even tried 2 other phones with no luck.

Would love to rate the app, but it crashes EVERY time I try to load it. There’s a Shooters less than a mile from home, so it would be great if the app worked.

Just downloaded this app but it won’t open. Not a great way to make a first impression.
App crashing
Decided to try the new Shooters that opened up near my home. There was a promo sign on the table that said to download the App and get a free appetizer. App downloaded but every time you open the app it crashes. Deleted and tried again but same result. Had wife try and again same result. Was told by the waitress that there was nothing she could do and that they have had issues with the app. There were many things that the manager could have done but we stayed and ordered. Food was ok, service was a little slow. Overall not a bad experience but not a great one. Please fix the app so that it works or stop offering free stuff!

Love Shooters, but app shooting blanks
Attempted to download app while trying out new location, but app kept spinning and then just quit. Thought it was my phone, but wife tried and same result. This appears to have potential, if it worked. The servers response was to go out in the parking lot to see if it works.

Won’t boot up. Ended up paying full price for appetizer that was discounted if you got their app
