Glitchy
Decided to download because there was a sign with the promotion of $3 off at the restaurant. The promo code wasn’t working, Apple Pay was the pre-set form of payment which also wasn’t working.

The staff is always amazing, friendly and super fast, food will never disappoint. I did have a little bit of a hick-up. Not even a bad experience, but not A+ and I let them know. they went above and beyond to make the situation right but within an hour or less a bit happening when I wasn’t even expecting anything we’ll definitely be a life on customer. Kept Closing
Restaurant is absolutely amazing and has great food but this app is so glitchy. Every time I tried to set a time or when eventually got me to the checkout side it would kick out and sometimes I would have to start all over again
Easy to order app
Shootz app is an easy to order app. It’s easy to get your selection in and your able to choose a pick up time in the future if needed. I would definitely use often.
Sandwiches are amazing

Can’t order online with bugs.
When I try to start an order, the session keeps timing out because something is wrong with a bug or the app is not working properly. Other than that, the app is ok.
Gold Tier
Apparently tiers don’t matter. I’m Gold Tier on the app and it’s giving me $5 rewards, when it’s supposed to be $6 rewards.
Almost there. Just needs more UX work!
This app is almost good! it just needs a lot more help with how the overall interface needs to be more user-friendly. But once they nail down the overall experience of this app, this will be really good and useful to use.

Coupon didn’t register
I was unable to submit my order with the $3 welcome coupon. I kept receiving an error and had to purchase my items without it.
Decent start
Some bugs still. Able to see quickly some background process and execution, like authentication hashes and quick execution pop ups. New account dollar discount would not work on checkout so I now missed out on $3 sign up reward. Fix that and this is 4 star app
