Please fix this app , it’s saying update available but no updates on App Store .

Unable to open app from past one month
App is not working from one month. When trying to open it says update available after clicking on link, it is taking to App Store where there is no update. It has just “open” option available. That’s not the end if we trying to open from there it is taking forever to open… fix it plz
